Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Storespine (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including but not limited to the website builder, AI generation features, third-party integrations, and all related services.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Create, distribute, or store illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Engage in phishing, spamming, or other deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

Payment Terms

Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Model

Storespine operates on a usage-based pricing model. You only pay for what you use:

• AI generation tokens consumed
• Storage space utilized
• Bandwidth and API calls
• Premium features and integrations
• Third-party service usage through our platform

Billing and Payment

• Usage is tracked in real-time and billed monthly
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Taxes may apply based on your location
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our PAYG model, refunds are generally not provided for used services. However, we may offer credits for service issues or billing errors at our discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create using our Service. By using Storespine, you grant us a limited license to:

• Host, store, and display your content
• Process your content through our AI systems
• Create backups for disaster recovery
• Provide the Service as described in these Terms

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems is provided to you under a commercial license. You may use AI-generated content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. However:

• We cannot guarantee uniqueness of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and modifying content as needed
• You must comply with applicable laws regarding AI-generated content

Our Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and documentation, is owned by Storespine and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with numerous third-party platforms. When using these integrations:

• You must comply with each platform's terms of service
• We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or outages
• Your use of API keys and credentials is at your own risk
• We implement security measures but cannot guarantee third-party security
• Integration availability may change without notice

API Key Security: We employ industry-standard encryption and security practices for storing your API credentials. We rotate our encryption keys regularly and monitor for unauthorized access. However, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your API keys secure and confidential
• Rotating keys according to platform recommendations
• Monitoring your third-party accounts for suspicious activity
• Immediately revoking compromised credentials

We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your data:

Service Availability

Limitation of Liability

• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Storespine, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create or upload
• Your use of third-party integrations

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your account at any time through account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service with 30 days notice
• Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days
• Some provisions of these Terms survive termination

Governing Law & Disputes
